I may be eating my words soon. We're considering getting a dog*. Jacob recently told his Mimi that he couldn't "wait for the cat to die so we can get a dog." But since our cat, horrible as she is, is only about 7, that day will most likely be a long way off. Anyway, I thought this picture of Jakers and my parents' dogs was cute!*Said dog must meet ALL of my criteria: a small, non-shedding, non-barking, non-yapping, non-biting, non-chewing, non-peeing-in-the-house variety.
