Trust

Okay, so nothing real exciting but, as it turns out, sometimes you can trust people.

It's no secret that we recently spent nearly $20,000 to fix the major drainage problems that the previous f#*@ing owners left us with (and lied about in their disclosure form). Not only did we have to consult 5 different drainage "specialists" (4 of whom decided that they weren't "special" enough to take us on), the City of Oklahoma City, a hydraulic engineer, and several concrete companies, but our garage/driveway/yard had to spend about a month and a half under construction. Anyway, it's been raining almost non-stop for the past 24 hours, and there is no sign of water coming in to the garage. Long story short, our money was well spent and we've discovered that there are 4 contractors in the state of Oklahoma that you can trust.
