Last Hurrah

The Little Red Rascals had its end-of-year party last night - at 6:00 p.m., in July, outside, in Oklahoma. If you were me, would that be fun?

Surprisingly, yes. It was fun. There was a moon bounce, great food, good company, and lots of beer. Jacob and his friend Drew found some shovels and dug for "treasure" in this poor woman's back yard - I may owe her some money. He also told me that they played "Sharks and Shits," which I deciphered to be "Sharks and Ships-with-a-P." But the big thrill was the medal and trophy he received, and slept with last night, and took to MDO for show and tell. Seriously, I get all teary when I think about it.
