Spring Soccer Starts

Spring Soccer started this morning. It was freezing and windy, but I guess we should have known that any sport for 4 year-olds that starts at 8:30 in the morning would be like that. Looking at our schedule, almost all games will be held at that time. I bet whomever made the schedule knew that only the parents of children who have already been up for 2+ hours would be willing to play at that time on Saturdays.

Anyway, it was basically a repeat of Fall Soccer, only this year the kids have learned how to log-roll down the hill and climb trees. I have no idea who won because, when I wasn't wiping my nose and trying to keep my hair from whipping my face, I was too busy making sure that the 5 kids-at-a-time who were not on the field weren't playing in the parking lot. Fun times.
