Since I have had numerous questions as to why I've not posted in a while, I first need to assure everyone that, no, we are not dead. A certain 5 year-old in our family gave us more than enough scares over the last month, though; ranging from an emergency spinal tap at 12:30 a.m. on a Friday night to blood tests ruling out Leukemia. All turned out fine. Sick for almost the entire month of March, we are now back in full swing, and (joy!) have begun to receive the medical bills. Good thing I didn't buy that new purse I wanted, huh Mark?
So, much has happened: house is done (finally), Jacob is getting ready to turn (gasp!) 6 and he's lost 2 teeth, we're in negotiations for acquiring a friend for Sugar (and possibly some anti-anxiety meds for myself), I've finalized Jacob's summer camp schedule (Heaven above, that is a CHORE), and we got into Kindergarten! I can now get back into my anal-retentive schedule of scheduling. Jealous?
